2. About TheCHANGEproject

TheCHANGEproject is a nonprofit organization advancing health equity through community power, innovative design, and authentic storytelling. Our Site provides information about our programs, enables volunteer and chapter applications, and supports community engagement.

• Provide accurate and truthful information in any forms or applications

By submitting an application (volunteer, internship, or chapter), you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program.

5. Donations

TheCHANGEproject is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 39-3751530). Donations made through our Site are processed by Givebutter, a third-party donation platform, and are subject to its terms of service. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and you will receive a receipt by email. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at hello@thechangeprojectco.org and we will work with you to correct it.

6. Member Accounts

Some of our programs provide access to member portals. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate portal access at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or of program guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TheCHANGEproject or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit content to our Site (such as stories, testimonials, or feedback), you grant TheCHANGEproject a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our mission and programs. You retain ownership of your original content.
